We currently have information supporting U.S. DTC shipping. International shipping has not been confirmed yet.

Applicable taxes, if any, should be shown at checkout. You don’t have to pay for Duties since international shipping is not an option at this point.

Yes. Note by Lyric is designed to be unisex and suitable for all skin types.

Gently wipe the outside of the charm with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaners, alcohol, or abrasive materials, as they may affect the finish. Let the balm area stay clean and covered when not in use.

With regular use, some natural wear may occur over time, especially on areas that are touched often or clipped to keys, bags, or metal hardware. To help preserve the finish, keep the charm dry, avoid harsh cleaners, and store it away from abrasive surfaces when possible.

Each Note is expected to last 4–6 weeks with daily use. The exact duration depends on the usage
