RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because Note by Lyric is a personal-care product that is worn directly on the body, every order is made and shipped under strict hygiene standards. For your safety and the safety of every customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on Note by Lyric products once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

This is standard practice for wearable personal-care and beauty items, and it allows us to guarantee that every product we ship is new, sealed, and untouched.

We stand behind the quality of every Note by Lyric. If something is wrong with your order when it arrives, we will make it right with a free replacement. Please see "Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders" below.


REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We will send you a free replacement (not a refund) if your order arrives in any of the following conditions:

  1. Damaged in transit: For example, the charm arrived broken, dented, or leaking.
  2. Defective: A genuine manufacturing fault that was present on arrival.
  3. Incorrect item: You received an item different from what you ordered.

To qualify for a free replacement, all of the following must be true:

  • You contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
  • You include your order number.
  • You include clear photos that show the issue: a photo of the product, a photo of any damage, and a photo of the shipping package and label.
  • For "wrong item" claims, the security seal must be intact and the product must be unused.

Once we receive your photos, our team will review your claim within 5 to 8 business days. If your claim qualifies, we will ship a free replacement of the same item to your original shipping address at no cost to you. We may, at our discretion, ask you to return the affected item using a prepaid label before the replacement ships.

What this policy does not cover:

  • Change of mind, wrong color chosen, or no longer wanted.
  • Normal wear of the gold or silver finish over time (this is expected with regular use).
  • The balm running out (each Note is designed to last about 4 to 6 weeks with daily use).
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been opened or used, except in the case of a verified defect or transit damage.
