We sell wearable personal-care accessories. Note by Lyric is intended for external, personal use only. It is a cosmetic-style accessory and is not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please discontinue use and consult a professional if you experience any irritation. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for that order.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, all sales are final, and we offer free replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this site, including the Note by Lyric name, logo, product designs, images, and text, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, use, or reproduce it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
