SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida. Orders are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.

Shipping cost

  • Standard shipping: A flat [SHIPPING FEE PLACEHOLDER] on orders under $70.
  • Free shipping: FREE on all orders of $70 or more.

Carrier

Orders ship via FedEx. The carrier may vary at our discretion to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow a short time for the tracking to update after you receive it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@notebylyric.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Because we ship within the US only, you will not be charged international duties or import taxes. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, contact us at contact@notebylyric.com with your order number and we will help open a trace with the carrier.
